About This Project

Singular new build house of brick and block construction in a road of traditional houses. Client wanted a kitchen sympathetic to the style of house but with a modern feel. An oak shaker door was chosen as the main component of the kitchen with an in-frame island providing an element of traditional luxury. Black granite worktops co-ordinated well with the range cooker and furniture mantel giving the kitchen a feeling of stature. The house was sold quite quickly and we have subsequently revisited the house to follow through this theme into the utility room.
